Use LightRules Mobile
After you have downloaded the LightRules Mobile App and connected to your LightRules Appliance (see Get LightRules Mobile for more information) you are ready to start controlling your lights.
Push a lighting profile
- Launch the app, and select the LightRules Appliance that you want to control.
- Under Control Stations, select the desired area within the facility.
- Select the circle to the right of the profile you’d like to push.
Note: Once activated, the circle turns green.
Add time to an active profile
- Launch the app, and select the LightRules Appliance that you want to control.
- Under Control Stations, select the desired area within the facility.
- Click the green circle to the right of the active profile to add time to the active profile.
Deactivate an active profile
- Launch the app, and select the LightRules Appliance that you want to control.
- Under Control Stations, select the desired area within the facility.
- Choose the profile you’d like to deactivate, and swipe left.
- Click Cancel to deactivate the profile.
Sign out of LightRules Mobile
- Select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Note: This icon is not available in the My Facilities screen.
- Click Sign Out.
Disconnect from a LightRules Appliance
- Select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Note: This icon is not available in the My Facilities screen.
- Click Delete Appliance Info.
Connect an additional LightRules Appliance
- Launch the app, select the “+” sign in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Enter the IP address of the new LightRules Appliance, provide a name for the new system, and enter the email address and password associated with the new LRA.
- Click Sign In.
