Product Profile Settings

User Considerations: Only Admin users can access this feature. See User Roles for more information.

Digital Lumens offers a range of lighting products and gateways. To ensure that LightRules has current product information in its database, you can upload the latest version of the product spec file.

1. Contact Digital Lumens Technical Supportsupport@digtiallumens.com or +1 (617) 723-1200, extension 3. to request the latest product spec file.
2. Select Admin > Product Profile from the menu.
3. Click Choose File, and then locate and open the product spec file.
4. Click Upload.
